PNW: Smart grid benefits shown to outweigh costs
The Bonneville Power Administration just released a comprehensive business case analysis detailing the costs and benefits of the implementation of smart grid technologies in the Pacific Northwest, showing significant benefits in a number of areas.
The study was conducted in conjunction with our region’s Smart Grid Demonstration Project, a $178 million project demonstrating a variety of Smart Grid technologies.
