Always have a Plan B –

Steve Blank writes in Xconomy this morning about entrepreneurs needing a Plan B.   Sage advice indeed, as startup’s business models twist and turn throughout their life.  The combination of new insights from the team, as well as changing competitive or business landscape requires a lot of flexibility.   It’s a fine line for CEOs who both must champion a vision with a commitment that boarders on fanatacism, while knowing that very same vision might need to be revised tomorrow!   See:
